1 - Where do I collect my tickets from and when ?
Our collection point is at the Carrer ALI BEI 15, 08010 Barcelona, in the BLACK SWAN HOSTEL reception. It is the center of the city. Metro Stop: Arc de Triomf. Opening hours: 24hrs. We strongly recommend sending the tickets to the Hotel. This is the best option and the one that works better because when you arrive to Barcelona do not need to search for the pick up point.
2 - If I will not arrive to the pick up point till Saturday 17.00 h will I still be able to get my tickets ?
YES. Our new PICK UP POINT is opened 24hrs, during all days of the year.
3 - Can I send someone else to collect the tickets for me ?
Yes, but the ticket holder must provide written authorisation to the person collecting the tickets. The person collecting the tickets should bring photo ID (i.e Passport or Driving license) with them when they come to collect the tickets
4 - Can you send the tickets to me at my hotel ?
Yes, as long as it is within the parameters of Barcelona City. There is a charge if 9.95 euros payable at the time of purchase for delivery within the city. If your hotel is outside Barcelona city the payable amount for the delivery is 29.95 euros. Please note that we are unable to deliver tickets nationally or internationally.
5 - Will my seats be together ?
If you specify in the Comments section of the online purchase form that you wish to be seated together, we will do our best to fulfill this, but we cannot guarantee this. Anyway 95% of the time seats are together.
6 - Can I choose where my seats will be in the stadium ?
Again, if you specify in the Comments section of the online purchase form where you would like them to be, we will do our best. However, we cannot guarantee specific seats. But always will be in the category chosen.
7 - If I am unable to attend the match can I get a refund on my ticket purchase ?
Refunds are only issued 28 days or more before the date of the match. Refunds incur a 30% administration charge and the remaining balance will be sent directly back to your credit card.
8 - How far is the stadium from your offices ?
The stadium is approximately 15 minutes away. You can take the metro from the Liceu metro station or Plaza Catalunya Metro station, 1 minute from the office on The Rambla. Get off at the Les Corts or Maria Cristina stop and follow the signs to the stadium. We advise you to arrive at the stadium approximately 30 minutes before kick-off.

10 - When is the exact time and date of the match given ?
The time and date is decided approximately 5-10 days before each match. The date of the match cannot be considered definite until the kick-off time is given.
11 - Is the Camp Nou adapted for disabled people?
Yes, it is. Disabled people has the special access to the stadium and special block to stay. If you want to buy the seat for the disabled person it is necessary to get in contact with the football club and reserve the seat in advance.
12 - When can I visit Camp Nou stadium?
Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 18:30 - The Camp Nou Tour is available until one hour before the Museum closes. Sundays and public holidays, from 10:00 to 14:30 - The Camp Nou Tour is available until one hour before the Museum closes. On days of League and Champions league matches in the stadium, the museum tour is open from 10:00 to 15:00 but the Camp Nou Tour is not available.
13 - Which are the nearest underground railway stations to the Camp Nou?
Line 5: Collblanc i Badal, and Line 3: Maria Cristina, Palau Reial, Les Corts and Zona Universitària.
